If you think you may have lost any of your belongings on a bus you travelled on, or if you have lost a bus season ticket, please make contact with the bus operator direct.

 

If you think you have lost any of your belongings at an interchange station or on any other Nexus property call 0191 20 20 747 (Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm).

Lost property on Metro

Misplaced something on Metro?

 

Don’t panic, it may have been sent to lost property. All items are kept for 28 days unless they are perishable.

 

To find out if your item is in lost property and to arrange collection telephone 0191 20 20 747 (lines are open Monday-Friday 9.00am-5.00pm, excluding on bank holidays).

 

There is a small collection fee of £2.00 which will be confirmed when you are given a reference number.

 

If you have lost or misplaced a travel pass or season ticket, you can contact the following numbers:

Lost property on Ferry

If you think you have lost any of your belongings on board the ferry speak to one of the ferry operators direct, otherwise contact Nexus Customer Relations team on 0191 20 20 747, 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday.
