Check the balance of your Pop card online on our website, through the Pop Card Checker App, or by tapping your card at any Metro ticket machine. Your balance will also appear on Metro gates or tickets during use.

Proof of age

When travelling with Pop Blue or Junior Blue, you may be asked to show proof of age. Accepted forms of ID include:

  • Full or provisional UK/EU driving license
  • ID card with PASS hologram
  • NUS Extra card
  • Passport or birth certificate (a copy is acceptable)
