- The main ticket concourse is situated at street level at the junction of Market Square and Athanaeum Street, but there is also a secondary entrance and ticket concourse at the north end of Market Square off Union Street
- There are no parking facilities.

- The principal entrance on to the main ticket concourse off Athanaeum Street is level, but a side entrance off Market Square has two steps up from ground level
