Accessing the Journey Planner (and the TNE website) and the downloading of material (including suggested routes) from the Journey Planner (and the TNE website) is done entirely at the user’s own risk. Jurisdiction

These Terms will be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes between a user, Nexus and the North East Mayoral Strategic Authority arising out of the access or use of this website. Omission by Nexus and the North East Mayoral Strategic Authority to exercise any right under these Terms will not constitute a waiver of such right unless expressly stated by Nexus and the North East Mayoral Strategic Authority in writing.

Statutory Rights

Our duty to provide river trips to you with reasonable care and skill, or;
Our responsibility to provide river trips to you that match anything we say or write to you (or is said or written on our behalf) about Nexus and the North East Mayoral Strategic Authority or about the river trip. We’ll be responsible if you take what is said or written into account when deciding to buy a river trip ticket in the first place or when making any decision about the river trip after you’ve bought the ticket. Any qualification we made at the time is relevant here, as is any change to what was originally said or written that’s expressly agreed between us at any time after that.
