With a Metro Business Pass staff can travel anywhere on the Metro system between the hours of 9.30am and 5.00pm, Monday-Friday.

Because the Metro Business Pass is linked to a company rather than an individual, it is transferable amongst all employees. It is valid for travel for a whole year.
* You need a special ticket to accompany your smartcard to travel between Newcastle and Sunderland on Northern Rail. Which can be requested from Customer Services by calling 0191 20 20 747 (lines are open Monday-Friday, 9.00am-5.00pm).
